With over 20 years of experience combined as an licensed Advanced Cosmetologist and Instructor, Tracey Piphus realized early on she was destined to have a career in the beauty industry.

After nurturing her eye for detail as a Licensed Master Hairstylist & Salon Owner, switching focus in the industry into Eyebrow/Lash Lift Artistry, and Training was no easy task, but she was up for the challenge. 

Becoming certified in 3D Brows, The Art of the Arch, and Elleebana Lash Lift have given her the tools to take her career to new heights.

Her personal mission to make her clients feel empowered, beautiful, and confident with beauty services that bring out the best version of their authentic self.  While her professional mission, is to educate beauty professionals on how to transition beyond the chair and/or attract high end clients, so they can make more money in less time!
